Running in place

I have been trying to come up with a good 'Works for me Wednesday' post. I got nothin'. Apparently nothing works for me this week.

I have had more time this week that I had planned on. We were already taking this week to finish up some school things before the break, and we did that on Monday (I thought it would take at least til Wednesday). So Tuesday and Wednesday have been baking and laziness. I feel like I have done a lot of nothin'. I am hoping to enjoy the next week (or two) to the fullest. Catch up on some reading and enjoying the cold weather outside while snuggled inside.
I have been chosen, accepted, asked, whatever, to do a little review of a new book that is coming out soon. It is called Living Rich for Less by Ellie Kay. I will be participating in a blog tour between Dec 29 and Jan 2. I am so looking forward to getting some great information and tools to start the new year off right. I have just read the first chapter and it looks like a great book written by and for a little ol' stay at home momma like me. Not the CEO of some big company wondering where to invest my millions. Just a simple momma wondering how to get a little more bang for her buck. Come by and check it out!

Can't wait to read your review of this book. It sounds like one I would like to read.

I'm really hoping to enjoy this next week or two myself...spending lots of time with family, and just hanging out and relaxing.

The book sounds interesting, I look forward to hearing more about it! ;)

You always find the most interesting books. You should write your own reviews with the best parts, so we can just read those, and not have to worry about finding time to read all the books you read!!! How do you do it, anyway? I love to read, but I guess I'm a slow reader or something...
