It ain't easy being green

Are these not the cutest reusable shopping bags you have seen?

I can tell you they do no good staying in the back of the Suburban. Beth, Jamie, Kelly and I all bought these at IKEA for $1.50 each last month. I have FOUR. I have yet to use mine. I don't think about it until I am at the checkout. It ain't easy being green.

At least yours made it to your car. I haven't used mine yet either.

LOL! I think I got you girls beat cuz I bought my Ikea bags several years ago and have never used them. Although mine were not nearly as cute, so I take that back... SHAME ON YOU! ;)

That is funny! I decided a while back to put my extra grocery bags in the back of my suburban so I could reuse them when I shop. The problem is I only think about the bags AFTER I go into the store!! :)

But last week I took a BIG bag full of those plastic bags to Walmart. I mean a BIG bag full...that's what happens when you clean out a closet!!!

Yes, those are by far the cutest bags I have seen! So much better then the ugly green or black ones around here! Hopefully you will remember to get them out and show them off some time! ;) Christy

Those ARE the cutest reusable shopping bags I have ever seen. I purchased several from Target. I've even had them on the floor in the front seat of my Trailblazer and STILL forget about them...until I'm in the checkout lane. Once..once that I can recall...I remembered them and I was so proud of myself for remembering to "go green"...even though they are red (Target). It's nice to know others are trying, too...and not always remembering. Maybe if my bags were as cute as yours I'd have more luck!

these are much cutier than the ones ikea had when i was there last week. i didn't even buy one - so you are better than me, even if you're not using it! the thought that counts!!! ha

Well, my cute little red bags are sitting with my ugly little green bags in my laundry room where I put them when I arrived home from our trip! They've never made it to my car, let alone to any store. I do want to use the bags for the purpose that they were made, but they do look cute hanging in my laundry room!
