Just for fun and to help me keep on task I am posting my menus for the week.
Mon - Oriental Chicken Salad w/bread
Tues- Mexican Stack - Our version of taco salad
Wed - Eat at church
Thursday - Grilled chicken w/salad and bread (or maybe melon)
Friday - Grilled hamburgers I don't have to think about it all week!

Okay, you just reminded me of two things we love that I haven't made in a long time... the Oriental Chicken Salad and the Mexican Stack. Those are SO going on my plan very soon. Thanks!

Hi Jill! What a great menu...can I come over? I get really lazy with meals even though I have more time during summer. I, like you, am trying to get off refined sugar (an actual drug for me) and walking Amber daily to be fit (and reduce "bumpy legs"). Salad this Weds becuase it's hotdogs @ church!
