I simply have no thoughts

Life is busy and my thoughts are scattered. When I sit to post...I got nothin' When I am living life I think...this would make a good post. Always a day late and a dollar short. I am refusing to just post my weekly menus. Lame.
So I am thinking of re-naming my blog I SIMPLY HAVE NO THOUGHTS. That should get some readers, don't cha think?

Here is a little status report of sorts:
Working on: The garden - planting veggies
The yard - killing weeds
The house - tearing down walls...again...and sanding floors

Excited about: My new job as preschool director. I am loving it! It has great hours, great pay, and great coworkers.

Thinking about: How to connect with the girls in my Sunday School class.

Contemplating: How to punish my son for breaking the computer mouse. Every time I click on it I have to put it back together. Grrrr.

Looking forward to: A little vacation in a couple weeks to the mountains. Ahhh...peace...quiet.

Dreading: Putting all the winter clothes away.

Happy: Beth is feeling better!

Sounds like your son needs to spend some time searching on the internet for a new mouse! That will be real fun with the broken one. Then while he is there, he could purchase a new one.

My middle son just bought us a new window that was installed today. He has to work to earn the money to pay for it, so your son (not sure if you use names) could join him in! I bet a mouse won't cost a $150 like the window did! :)

Oh...I can relate to simply no thoughts:) Or at least thoughts that randomly jump from thing to thing which don't add up to much and then I forget what it was I was supposed to be focused on?

Happens to me all the time. I have all these great post ideas and then I forget them and remain completely blank when I finally sit down to write.

It turns out you DID have something to say though.

A blog titled "I simply have no thoughts" would totally crack me up :)
